Well, my dealer is no longer a Triumph dealer. No comment. I will say about an hour away, is a bike shop, D & D Imports, Norfolk, VA, who is a Triumph dealer. Bike shop, not boutique. I can not comment about their parts availability, but I can say A+ customer service, and 5 aces on my 6,000 mile services, and all my knuckleheaded questions.
Dude will reply to your emails, and phone calls about even the smallest legit issue or question. They are an hr away, and I kick myself for not buying from them, when I had a dealer 20 minutes away (with whom I had done previous business).
Since we are asking about dealers, I felt the need for a shameless plug, based on my interactions w/ these guys. I go to VA Beach often, and always try to stop by and check in.
