Karl, I'm surprised Engles didn't have one on the shelf. When my 04 Thruxton's rear brake switch went out, they had one in stock. When the starter seal on the Truxton sprung an oil leak, I pointed it out to Mike one Saturday, so he'd know what part to order. He asked for the keys, pulled it around back and fixed it, they had the part in stock. But, yes you're right, no speedo cable?
Funny, the internet didn't exist when I rebuilt the 76, all done with Engles and the FAX machine in my office. It's mind blowing how easy it is to get old parts now with access to the world.
