I've had mixed results. They took 6 weeks to diagnose/fix my issue last year (including me getting stranded half way home when the problem they could not reproduce, well, reproduced) when I had told them from the start that based on information from here I thought it was the CDI (it was). And they told me they'd only sell me a Metzler front tire since the rear didn't need to be replaced and mixing manufacturers was a bad idea. (I went elsewhere, which also had mixed results - I love the Avon, but they didn't tighten down the pinch bolts, lost one & the others had seriously backed out before I noticed).

But - they've been very nice, they came out and picked up the bike after I was stranded (had to have it towed home since they were closed), and been helpful at other times.

Like I say, mixed results.
