I bought my bike at Hermys, in Port Clinton, PA. Great place! 6 mos later I moved to Massachusetts. The local dealer, which is 100 miles away doesn't impress me. I found a repair shop in my town that can work on my bike, but I do some things on my own. I order all my Triumph parts from Hermys. They do charge for shipping, but they discount the parts because I bought the bike there.
If I were to buy another new Triumph, I'd go back there, even if I had to trailer it home.
