Sounds like my Triumph/Honda/Ducati (and now Vespa) dealer. I use the local Yamaha dealer instead. No Triumphs on the sales floor, but Triumph riders in the service department. That works for me. Anything else I need I get from fasteddy or Cycle Gear.
