I have 2 Triumph dealers to choose from. One is much like you describe, selling mostly Honda and Kawasaki, offering no discounts on older model bikes. There is also the new boutique Triumph dealer that also sells Ducati and KTM. They have only been in business for a couple years and have had the Triumph demo truck there at least twice, they have vintage bikes nights, they are attached to a restaurant called the Triumph Grill and are very good to their customers. Moe can attest to their hospitality as we got an after hours tour from the owner after we had dinner there.
The other dealer doesn't get much business from me anymore.
