I purchased my BA last year while I lived far from a Triumph dealer. We moved shortly after to a town with a dealership. I have to say I am not impressed. It is a Honda dealer and the Triumphs are an afterthought. Further, they don't seem to do much to promote the brand. On the floor are what look to be a couple 2010 model Americas that have not sold. As for accessories and apparel, a few very highly priced jackets and such. Even the t-shirts are $40+. I won't be surprised if the dealer drops Triumph entirely. A shame, the Harley Davidson dealer in town has got them beat by a long way regarding customer service and belief in their brand.
I am wondering if this is a common occurrence in your areas (US primarily), or if there are a number of well-engaged and enthusiastic Triumph dealers out there.
