Oh yeah, I spot the "mistake" alright, Bryn. Now, while ya can't see it in this picture, the traffic on the streets right next to those guys and their van is...GOIN' IN THE WRONG DIRECTION!!! (...and thus why they have to paint all those "Look Right" stenciled signs on the street curbs of London!!!)  
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

What mistake ... It's just one of those vehicles that can just turn into a robot and walk out of there. Thought we all had them these days

Maybe they are like the bollards we saw in Granada (Spain) Down by day up by night to keep cars off the streets. Of course not the 50cc scooters that disturb ones sleep.
