Jack,I just heard about this, obviously not great news but here's hopefully a bit of encouragement.
My wife's brother had the same diagnosis 2+ years ago. He has been a real fighter through this whole ordeal. 8 weeks ago he was back in the hospital and things were very grim,2 weeks later they sent him home with hospice. He has continued to improve since coming home and hospice has actually removed themselves and he is now back under doctors care. Amazing to say the least.
