This new place looks like it's going to be really great.

I hope so. I talked to someone last night who has been to Mtn. Home. She said there isn't much there. I looked and there are quite a few restaraunts. http://www.mtnhome.net/restaurants/ And there is a Blue Pig BBQ rest. That isn't where we ate last year is it? I guess there could be more than one. Lots of good roads in the Ozark national forest, though.

Gastons over at Lakeview was a good restaurant last time I was there, probably 5 years ago. Right on the bank of the White River. Probably a bit more pricey than the blu pig.

What about Fred's Fish house on E. 62? I figure if we're by a lake might as well eat some good fish.

As far as the beans Yota, I'm just hoping cabin 17 will be a good ways from cabin 6 in case of the threat of spontaneous explosions.

I think we did eat at a Blue Pig BBQ. I wonder if it's the same place or is there more than one? The food was good and do you remember that waitress?...rode a bike and was pulling out those shotguns in the parking lot to check them out. My kind of gal .

Looks like I will be there with a +1. Nina is working the cabin angle and looking at maps. Always a good sign.

Tell Nina to stay away from cabin #6, Yota's making beans, could be resulting air pollution.

To be clear, the extra bedroom (the one for sublet) is NOT the one with the hot tub. :-)

Hey Thom, could we change the party cabin to #10? Maybe we could all fit in the tub.

Paul, I told Nina about your idea, but she says no :-( Still looking for someone to share the cabin, though.

Well, it looks like I am down to half the trip. Will go over Thurs and ride Friday but have to be back home by noon Sat. At least I know up front that I won't make the whole ride this time.

well if Troy is planning for half the rally, we should realistically expect to only see him for half that time... so by Friday morning...

Could be Dave. Quit work, had sinus surgery, got my bike fixed... so the last three causes of my early desertion have been fixed. Wondering what the hell can go wrong next.

As things have turned out there's no way I can make this rally (Again ). I been given a major inventory mess to clean up at my employers "equipment services' division in KS and it doesn't look like that project will be completed before that weekend.

don't mean to be a ****** but does that mean a bed has opened in a cabin?? I plan on attending but don't need a lot of glamor. A king size bed and a refrigerator full of beer is all I ask.

I don't know about a king size bed but there should be a couple of queen sleeper sofas available. You might want to pm Bigjack or THensley.

So is anyone looking for a cabin? I've already prepaid and

PPPHHHHIIIIIICCCKKK!!!!! I have problems at work. I absolutely HAVE to be at work on Thursday the 11th. I'm not sure about Friday. Thursday I have to be there from 8 till 8 so there's no way I can cruise down after work Thursday. Friday I'm still trying to figure out. So if somebody needs the room I can offer my spot up and you can pay me or Dave.(I already paid Dave).
Well it is what it is and I'm a bit stressed about this.

Crap! Maybe you could come over on Friday do the Saturday ride, if you can get off , Chris. I was looking forward to seeing that New R-III.

Beanache was actually looking for a bed. If you find you absolutley can't make it, you might give him a holler.
