Thank you all for all your help and suggestions, I feel like such a dope. I checked everything but the most obvious, the Procom had a bent pin from the factory. Just happened to be the same pin that feeds the ground side of the right coil, same as the pin that failed on the stock CDI! I now have good spark on both sides,just need to put it all back together and fire it up.
I wonder if I should ask Eddy to warranty it, scares me that pin may be weak where is was bent.
