I believe the igniter killer is heat so I think you'll be okay testing with yours just to see Wendy's bike fire up.
I don't see nearly as many failures on the 360 bikes but I attribute that to location, under the seat is vastly cooler than under the tank. Never heard of a Scrambler failure either but that's also a much smaller population.
