Pretty much what Ed said except I'd do those tires and spoke ASAP. Riding is risk enough. Right after YOU/YOURSELF, tires and wheels are your first line of defense. Try to straighten the lever, but, expect it to break, and it will break just before you get it where you want it - just sayin' - don't ask me how I know. Levers are pretty cheap, so don't panic when it happens.
