Saw a guy like that Yuma a few months back, he had shorts on though they were tiny nut-huggin cut offs. Funnies thing was he was on the side of the road hiding behind his harley from the dust storm. Glasses and shorts in a dust storm with 45mph winds...nothing like sandblasting your nips off!
