I will admit there are times here in the Florida heat that I do not don a jacket and sometimes even a helmet. 95% of the time, however, I wear both.
I agree in freedom of choice. I also agree that an individual's choices should not fall into the state's hands to rectify should there be disastrous consequences. Above all else, I firmly believe that driver's license testing needs to be improved. It is a joke what who and what is allowed on the roads.
Where is that drink???
