Yup! Thanks moe! For the most part. The left cable in that picture is the one that is rubbing. It's like the cable piping is to far to the left (from the perspective of that picture) and its rubbing on the left edge of the throttle linkage (not pictured).
I still haven't gotten a chance to run down there to take a snap.
If I recall that is not the greatest of designs and does not align as properly as it should, IMHO. looking forward to your picture,
