We have in the works for early '05 our own custom made risers/bar clamps for the Ameirica and Speedmaster. They're made for these bikes so fit and function are a given. We're leaning towards doing them in polished stainless as opposed to chrome billet, but that detail is still up for debate. I want black for my bike so we'll likely do up a few for the "dark crew" as well.
