This is what happens when you wash a Kia Rhondo in hot water....

It shrinks.

Sunday, Laurie and I went to the Scion dealer to look at the Scion TC. I am starting to look for something to replace my Neon since it now has 173,000 + miles on it. After test driving the TC (it was ok, it had an automatic transmission instead of a manual), she saw the IQ and just had to test drive it. She fell in love with it like it was a cute puppy. An hour later it was hers.

For a small car, it does get up and go pretty good and handles well. Not to mention it gets 37 mpg. She was only getting 22 in the Rhondo. Since we don't have kids anymore living with us (both of her kids are in California and my son lives with his mom), she is happy to no longer have a "mom" car.

The thing has a 12 foot turning radius. You can be parked in a parking spot, turn the wheel all the way and be in the next parking spot over, we tried it.

After doing some googling, I found out that it's the same car as the Aston Martin Cygnet. So, she's got a James Bond car in disguise.

Time to start looking for Aston Martin replacement front end panels, rocket launchers and machine guns for her car
