for what its worth....if anyone is buying a non HD non widescreen television at this point they are just throwing money away IMHO. The HD revolution is gaining steam and the point at which we will be viewing everything in HD aspect ratio is just around the corner.
As soon as the format war for HD DVD is finished and the loser is laying in a ditch gutted than at that point full HD DVD will take off at full blast. Anyone stuck with a standard def standard NTSC ratio TV is going to be ...lost.
