Thanks again, everyone. It WAS a good day, Chris. And today was my birthday ride. Got to bed this morning at around 4:00 being rather drunk on wine I might add. The phone rang at 8:30. "Hi Keith, it's Neil... I'll be up at your place at 9:00. Just wondering what to wear so need to know if we're going on or off-road." Holy crap! Dragged myself outta bed, all kinda fuzzy and stuff and phoned Neil back. "Today we're cruising," I told him.
Left around 10:00 and got back around 7 pm. Great ride... met some good people, stopped at one of my haunts for good eats. Detoured off the track to visit a friend who still lives with no phone or electricity. He was home... good times. All in all one of the better rides in recent memory. Having a big party on Saturday... really milking this turning 60 thing. Having a great birth-WEEK!!
