I remember as a wet-behind-the-ears nubbin' travelling in the backseat of the family hubmobile with my sister & brother. If things threatened to get out of hand, our parent's would turn to me as the resident voice of reason to bring a sense of order back to the Chaos. It's a gift.

On the other hand I work with yutes (youth) all the time, I'll be handing out a couple of scholarship awards this weekend. My standard comment is I'm glad I don't have to compete with some of these kids in today's job market.
