30 years ago? You ARE a kid then... bwhahaha Part of being a kid is being stupid. You have to get educated by making mistakes. When the little gal doesn't get the job, she may think about WHY and then suddenly decide she needs to look a bit more professional the next time. When I was a kid, I attempted to do everything opposite of the way it should be done and it cost me and I eventually figured things out a bit. She will learn or flip burgers for all eternity. My own youngest daughter hated school and dropped out of college and became a professional waitress. After a couple years she decided that folks who dressed a bit nicer and didn't get their hands dirty at work MIGHT just have a better thing going on. My missus talked her into applying at a bank and today she is a back office call center manager for one of the largest credit unions in the country. Funny hearing her talk about the "kids" that work for her; sounds like she is talking about herself at that age.
