I think a lot depends on the way you ride too. I got about 13,000 out of my Metz if I remember right.I now have about 7,000 on the IRC and I think I'll need to change it at about 10,000 more or less. I like the tire and will probably buy another after I wear out the one I bought for Wendys bikes that didn't fit due to lowering her bike.
