Ive been kicking around an idea and just wondering if anybody has done this.A friend of mine has an airplane early 50s piper cub and to keep an eye on the fuel he has a sight tube(its the only thing i can think of calling it)has anybody installed anything similar on a tank.Ive done a few mods on my 07 speedy(you know reg stuff guages, air mod jets)but i am ready to spread my wings, I am going to get rid of the idiot lights eventually and do the speedo thing(mine doesnt work anyway. She is going in for paint this fall so thats when I am biting the bullet and drilling some holes(yikes).Sorry for the babbling on I get on this sight and I see the creativity and my mind wanders until I hear ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE THE GARBAGE OUT and I come back 2 hours later with bugs in my teeth and a stupid grin on my face.Anyhoo pics would be appreciated
