Having to pull the block out to time the cams was the nail in the coffin for me. Thats just dumb. I should have (but didnt because I was in a hurry)scribed some marks into the thing while it was down. If you look at the posts I made before here you can see I was always a ford man, but now I'm a man with out a country so to speak. Not one maker makes one I would keep if given to me. New one that is. If some one has a 48 or 49 ford they want to get rid of well thats another story. Nothing newer than a mid 70s.
