I have an Explorer (4.0l V6) and the previous owner replaced the cam chain tensioners - yes the engine had to come out for that job.
Cost £1000 which is about $1600
It's an ok car with plenty of room but not as civilised on the road as previous Range Rovers I've had.
Now THEY were unreliable!
