I've used the press method for years and have two models, single and mucho size. I also have the filter type that needs hot water poured through a batch of coffee. I prefer it to the press. I'm hooked on the Keurig now though. Once you find the right coffee flavour, it is always the same.

Just ticked off with the quality of the machine and the design flaws it has. They used to replace the machines for free but it appears that has changed. They gave us the goodwill clause which means they will sell the unit for $100 less than the original $179, then you pay shipping. As if they aren't making money on the cups themselves.

My sister had hers fail at her business and contacted Keurig. They sent her a free industrial model conditional on her purchasing the Kcups directly from them.
