I just bought an inspection sticker plate at a dandy price from an eBay seller with FREE shipping. I noticed AFTER I had made the purchase that the seller is from Canada and it takes 12-21 BUSINESS days to get the thing delivered if you take them up on their free shipping. Expedited shipping was a buck more and would have gotten here before I aged too much and included insurance. Ouch... read...
