If you feel like walking, take 5 th ave south to 34 th. you'll be at the empire state bldg. then go west on 34 th and you'll pass Macy's at 6 th ave. this is the one from miracle on 34 th street. At 7 th ave u can look south and see Madison square garden or walk north and at 42 nd street you'll hit times square. Just a little advice for a great walking tour that won't kill you! Be safe.
Cool info, never been there but all these movies and books are now poppingn open in my head. Guess I need to add this to my list
