Found the reason for the oil seeping problem. There was too much oil in the crankcase. It was very easy to see when the bike was up on my new centerstand. My pan holds 4 qts and there were about 4.5 qts of oil in the bike causing the excess pressure on the seals. I was lucky I didn't blow an engine seal. The only synthetic bike oil that NAPA had is Royal Purple and between the oil and filter, almost $80. (OUCH). I filled the sump to the middle of the upper/lower lines, rode the bike about 1/4 mile and topped it off. Not quite 4 qts. No more seeping or blow-by.
