Indy Triumph does a pretty good Customer Service job. Can't say much for their Maint.dept. Thats another story. Indy has Triumphs, Victory, and Polaris. When you walk in the door Triumphs on the right, Victories on the left. The manager lets the Local Rat club know when someone has bought a Triumph and makes sure they get all the info about the local Rat pack. They usually give me 10% discount if you remind the parts guy to do it.
