I made my own several years ago. It didn't work.
(but it DID stop me (DEAD) from continuing to enter a parking lot that had a "tire puncturing device", to make sure you ONLY entered there. Couldn't budge it EITHER WAY! It took three BIG fellows to push me away from that)
