When someone disassembles a set of carburetors and doesn't have any idea how to reasssemble, they invariably lose parts; jet needles are placed in plastic bags and are bent and I end up spending a lot of time looking for replacement parts. You have to charge a bit extra for this and I hope to discourage folks from taking their carbs apart before sending them in.
