Difficult to answer. There are a lot of countries that grow great products but like any harvested product a lot depends on the plantation (growers) and the bean quality.
Jamaica's Blue Mountain is very good and very expensive.
Hawaii's Kona is also good but a bit over rated and expensive as well.
Brazilian, some Colombian and Indonesia's Sumatra are all fine products.
I too like the "coffee" unit shown in the video and could see this working quite well in a cafe. Someone mentioned having to add sugar. This unit is programmable and a liquid sugar would be added to the profiles and stored under the counter if one desired.
