Actually, that's true, I grew up near a WW2 rope hemp farming area in Indiana, and there is practically, no psychoactive ju-ju in rope grade hemp, although, it will crossbreed handily with a little help from the pollen of the other kind. The local sheriff/bailbondsman/attorneys and judges in that area had a real moneymaker by arresting tourists every fall, who would inevitably stop and pick it along side of the road. The plants did look like a HighTimes centerfold.
