If you were gonna separate the pros and cons of living in Phoenix by listing the pros in your first paragraph and the cons in your second paragraph like it appears you attempted to do there, well, don't ya think that MAYBE that fourth fact in your first sentence there(you know, that one about "Dwight lives close by") should've maybe been in your SECOND paragraph???
