My friend Devon just gave me half of one of these sets to try out. Initially I will test it alone with my Droid and Ipod, and next time the weather is decent we'll try them riding together (he rides a V-star and will likely be riding to SWTF and the Kootenay Raid with me). He seems to think it works brilliantly with phones and MP3 players.
Thoughts? Opinions? Discuss.

Karen and I have the Scala G4 and they are good. Sound quality is ok (better than I expected) but not as good as in ear headphones. With headphones you don't get to talk though. If my pipes were stock it may be different (as in better audio) but well, you know.
Overall... I like that Karen and I can communicate as needed and still have the option for music in the background.

What device do you hook up for music? Ipod? Iphone?
Spent some time tonight fiddling with it, mounted it on my old helmet. Music sounds like crap off my phone via bluetooth and my ipod attached via cord. I mean bad, like AM radio bad. My friend mentioned he wore earplugs and still made calls just fine so I popped my earbuds in and I can still hear calls just fine (well, sitting here in my computer room) over them, and can hear the ringer over my music. So I'll keep fiddling with it. I don't think I want to spend the money on a bluetooth adapter for the ipod just to have it sound bad through the Scala speakers.
