Hey, I was just throwing out the possibility. I figured it had to be some kind of technical glitch. I have no idea how it could happen.
EDIT: are you running a browser with Google Toolbar or some other toolbar or plugin that auto-fills form fields (like the "Subject" field here or your address on shopping sites)?
