hi about to do the charging mod on my 2002 america can anyone tell me about it on the rat forum they say to join the two rednblack wires from harness side of plug from rectifyer, but my bike only has a brown wire (live) and black(earth) coming from the plug harniss side, do i just connect my thicker gauge wire to these two ,with an inline fuse on live , strait to battery terminals, checking to routing of the brown wire on diagram this wire runs to no 11 fuse, and number 2 fuse for ignition, can anyone tell me if this is the right mod the pic of moes bike in VAULT electrical page 2, shows hes cut into black n red wire ,which is straight from retifyer before it goes into plug , thats when it changes to brown when it exits the plug into harness, have asked him but he dosent know any help appreciated kevin
