Nexlsports Nexl's NXT Helmets are much thinner than normal. They don't use polystyrene but instead use a different polymer. I have a half helmet and love it. They are DOT approved which is obviously important. They also have full faced ones as well. I bought mine locally so I have no info on how they are when ordering direct.
