thanks Keith, i think the habit not the addiction part will be the toughest for me, you know, beer, smoke, working in the garage, smoke, fires in the pit, smoke ARG.... we have decided to give champix a try, read up on it, seems to be very successfull for allot of people with the desire to give up the Nic. Looking to fire it up or rather start fireing it down as it were April first, Nelson without Nic??? will be very new to me.
