36 years of Marlboro red. Quit now 6 years. I still miss them. Not craving just the reward/break part of it. I don't miss hacking up a lung in the morning, spending thousands of bucks a year, smelling like an ash tray, my truck smelling like a fire just happened in it. There is nothing good about smoking at all.

I look at it as I did not quit smoking, I rejected them from my life. I am free of them. It is doable. Its hard and takes a commitment. If I did it, you can. I was a major nicotine addict.


I try to aggravate one person a day. Today may be your day.
