I'm with John, I also make a living doing graphic design and have done so for 25 years..I have always used a PC. Mac/Apple use to make the design programs (photoshop/illustrator/quark) that was touted as the industry standards..screw that I have used CorelDraw since day one and the funny thing is that Adobe (who makes all of the mac design programs) now makes them for PC's as well... there must be a reason for that. I do my own upgrades, build my own computers and fix my problems without tech support. Try that with a mac. I do like my wife's Ipad2, maybe because he company pays for the unit, subscriptions & software.
