Not so much "bad" products, just overpriced with more fluff than substance.

Apple products remind me of Starbucks. I saw the Starbucks CEO give an interview on Charlie Rose. Charlie Rose asked him whether he thought the coffee at Starbucks was overpriced. The CEO replied that when you go to Starbucks, you're not paying for coffee, you're paying for the "experience". I wanted to reach out into the tv set and choke that bastard! He epitomized EXACTLY what's wrong with the US: It's when Starbucks CEO thinks he's in the business of selling an experience and the hookers think they're selling a commodity.
