That was posted by Jojje, a Swedish engineer who builds his own turbo Bonnevilles with homemade fuel injection that he drag races. He's also the only known source for upping the rev limiter on the Bonneville CDI boxes. Outside of a Triumph engineer, I think he's probably the most knowledgable source for technical aspects of these bikes.

There have been quite a few people that have unplugged the TPS without any issues. At most, it might make it a bit cold -blooded.
