Without changing the exhaust you're not going to get a huge increase in air flow so the 145s might be a bit much. I don't have your setup but my experience with open pipes and the stock air box teaches me that both ends have to open up before you can really bump up the mains. You could probably get by with a shim and a mix screw adjustment until you open the pipes.
