I did contact the company to ask how to get the paint off, or how to get replacement lens covers, but this is how the bags came in their crate!

I've been trying to get the paint off, but it really stubborn stuff. I don't want to damage the lense itself, but have tried most of the usual things that remove paint and don't eat away at plastic.

My bike is just being a huge pain! Not wanting to accept new pipes, being sluggish because of old gas since I've just finally gotten back to riding after last summer July's accident, and now the bags have this paint too. Need to get her all ready and out on the road again.

Very sorry you are having that issue. Did you buy them direct from Tsukayu or from a US dealer?

Personally, I would expect the seller to make good on lense replacement & I would just run them as they are for now.

You might also want to check the fastners for the LED boards from the inside of the bags; both LED panels in mine became loose over time when the fastners vibrated loose.

Meguiars makes a light compounding polish called 'Scratch X' that will lift that without hurting the lens.

I'm a little shocked they didn't pull the lens and mask before painting. Is the over spray on the inside or outside?

The bags aren't painted; they are gelcoated.
