That's a good idea, John. My 04 has driving lights on a light bar, but they have a toggle switch on the headlight shell; too bad the PO didn't think about putting the switch on the dash.

I think I'll use the left hole to mount the sensor for the headlight modulator when I take it off to mount the tach I bought on flea-bay. (sure hope the 04 has the right connectors to plug and play the tach.)
