Well, I REALLY hate to point this out here Mac(as I really didn't wish to get involved in this tread), BUT at least according to this docudrama you've linked, the moron, err I mean the guy who, yes, was just doing his duty by manning that polling place, pulled a freakin' gun on a duly deputized(though admittedly apparently corrupt) LEO, and sooooooo, what the hell DID you expect would happen to that moron..err guy, NOT to mention that by pulling that gun on that LEO, it apparently was the cause of the gun battle which would insue.
In OTHER words, according to our Constiutution, there ARE almost ALWAYS other avenues afforded to American citizens OTHER than VIOLENCE which can bring about a change for the better in our society, and thus your posting of this video as some apparent "The Best Argument for America's Second Amendment" is specious at best.
AND just for the record, and just so there is no misunderstanding as to why I've offered up my little rebuttal to your posting here, I DO own firearms, BUT the reason I own them is NOT because I'm afraid of any "Potentially Tyrannical Government", but because I feel they MIGHT come in handy if I ever have to move to a location with a reputation as a "High Crime Area" and where morons might abound who have somehow and some way never learned how to play "The Game of Life" fairly and squarely and who might someday have the compulsion to enter my home unannounced and with less than honorable intent...period.
