Don't take this the wrong way, but why not?
I grew up in a household full of firearms (dad was lifer military) and I have several guns myself. I just don't get people against guns. Here in The US a LOT of us take our second amendment right to arm bears very seriously. See, I can even joke about it. Not dissing your values or beliefs, but that is a sacred right in my opinion. Many people gave their all for this right, and this is the most important right we crazed American rednecks relish. As the saying goes, "The second amendmant is there to preserve the first."

A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice. Pat
